About The Job job description: Designs, sizes and builds a functional and technical system architecture based on business needs and drivers Designs and sizes third-party integrations, being the technical point of contact Leads delivery team, ensuring teamwork, commitment and controlling progress Is responsible for the delivery, on each sprint and at the end of the release, of a viable and scalable solution Is responsible for solution non-functional requirements (like solution performance, scalability, and security) Manages solution staging life-cycle, conducting QA and production deployments and supportingoverall solution rollout procedures Provide mentoring or guidance to the team. Collaborate with team members to identify strengths and weaknesses of applications and improve upon them. Defining and implementing design standards to promote a consistent and high quality user experience for our users. Advising on and implementing development process automation for code builds, tests and deployments Liaising with team mates to promote code quality and software design best practice. Balancing design principles and technology standards with product timelines and customer specific requirements. Lead a team in the development, coding, and delivery of new software products and applications. Perform product and customer research and develop improvement strategies based on findings. Evaluate functionality of products and remediate any lapse in functionality. Skills And Experiences Required Atleast 7 years of experience in coding and developing using .NET and C# Atleast 2 years of Lead Experience Strong understanding of coding with different design patterns and best practices Strong professional hands on experience in using HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, Angular Strong understanding and experience in database technologies. SQL is a must and NoSQL will be regarded highly. Strong grasp of cloud software or SAAS Experience in open source and mobile app technologies (e.g. Angular, Node.js, Xamarin, etc.) Deep understanding of software scalability, performance and security. Solid understanding of SOA and an appreciation of microservices. Experience implementing custom software implemented on a cloud hosted infrastructure, preferably Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Azure cloud services Strong experience with DVCS, such as TFS and Git. Solid understanding and experience with agile development methodologies. Solid understanding of continuous integration and deployment strategies. Ideally, you will have Experience working in an environment with automated build, test and deployment processes.
