We seek a highly skilled Senior Finance Executive to oversee financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements. This role requires expertise in full-cycle accounting, IFRS/GAAP, intercompany reconciliations, and team leadership. You will collaborate with auditors, tax teams, and stakeholders to safeguard assets and optimize financial workflows. Manage the full set of accounts, including month/year-end closing, financial statements, and management reports Oversee intercompany accounting, eliminations, and reconciliations across entities Perform and manage day-to-day accounting operations (GL, Inter-company, Payroll Accounting, Bank Reconciliation) Liaise with auditors and tax teams for statutory audits, tax filings, and compliance reviews. Implement and enhance SOPs for accounting operations; drive system integration initiatives (e.g., ERP upgrades). Establish internal controls to protect assets, mitigate risks, and ensure governance standards. Check and ensure closing processes are correct and complete by verifying journal entries, reconciliations, and compliance with accounting standards. Ensure compliance with IFRS, GAAP, and local regulations; lead technical accounting research. Draft comprehensive financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow statements) compliant with IFRS/GAAP, highlighting trends, risks, and strategic insights. Supervise junior staff in daily accounting tasks (AP/AR, payroll, reconciliations). Resolve complex financial discrepancies through data-driven problem-solving. Conduct comprehensive variance analysis to deliver actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making and operational optimization for internal stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes. Assist with special projects (system implementations, process improvements) Job Requirement Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree in Accounting/Finance or related field. Minimum 6-8 years in finance/audit roles, with exposure to full-cycle accounting and intercompany transactions, including 2+ years in supervision or project management. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle) and advanced Excel Strong understanding of IFRS/ GAAP Good understanding of internal controls and corporate governance. Motivated self-starter, resourceful and ability to work independently; keen to learn with the ability to collaborate with various departments. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Leadership experience preferred Strong language skills, including English and Chinese are needed to work smoothly with stakeholders.
