This longstanding success is rooted in its integrated business model, skilled workforce, effective leadership and a steadfast commitment to sustainability, quality and good governance JOB DESCRIPTION: The Manager&aposs scope will include various financial, accounting, and reporting responsibilities, particularly in supporting the following key areas: Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and any other relevant external parties. Preparation of management reports by analysing figures and financial data from the accounts (monthly and quarterly). Preparing and reviewing CbCR submissions Assist with compliance and reporting for the Global Minimum Tax rules. Assist in implementing and reporting for Integrated Reporting and IFRS sustainability disclosure standards. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or other relevant qualification with minimum 10 years experience with at least 3 years in a Audit and Managerial role for a large or conglomerate organisation. Audit experience is highly preferred. Consolidation experience in group financial reporting is required. Strong understanding of MFRS standards. Experience with ESG-related financial reporting will be an additional advantage. Experience in global tax reporting and compliance (e.g., CbCR, Global Minimum Tax). Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and produce concise reports. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with various stakeholders.
