- Tracks & monitors the implementation of the Group’s operational strategy.
- Monitor progress against defined KPIs, milestones, and strategic objectives.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the integration of OneStream transformation initiatives across upstream and downstream functions.
- Initiate, facilitate, and track key strategic projects, ensuring alignment with overall transformation goals.
- Collaborate across business units to synchronize transformation efforts and maximize synergies.
- Address project interdependencies, identify delivery risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Act as the nucleus for consolidated reporting on Group Transformation programmes.
- Analyze project performance, prepare executive-level dashboards and briefing materials, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Agribusiness, Economics, or a related field.
- Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) is strongly preferred, especially with focus on Strategy, Operations, or Sustainability.
- Project/Programme Management (PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP)
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or Operational Excellence certifications
- Change Management (e.g., Prosci)
- Sustainability/ESG-related certifications (desirable, but not mandatory)
- Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in operations, strategy deployment, transformation, or programme management — ideally within large, complex, asset-heavy industries (e.g., agriculture, plantations, manufacturing, FMCG, or logistics).
- At least 4 years in a senior leadership role, driving enterprise-level change or transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional, cross-geography transformation programmes, including upstream & downstream operations.
- Demonstrated track record in aligning business units to strategic objectives and achieving measurable outcomes (financial, operational, and ESG-related).
