Job Responsibility Supervise in-store operations and fulfill responsibilities to ensure smooth functioning. Recruit, train, schedule, supervise, evaluate store staff's work, and provide guidance. Provide solutions based on customer needs. Effectively handle customer complaints, conflicts, and any issues that may arise in the store and service work, ensuring the quality of customer service. Provide comprehensive assistance and support daily sales activities of the team. Plan and execute strategies, arrange and allocate staff to achieve daily sales targets in line with company operational requirements. Have a detailed understanding of company products and services. Engage existing and potential customers to introduce our products and services. Notify customers of the latest promotions and offers. Understand and execute the company's standard operating procedures and meet company-set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store and perform any cleaning tasks as instructed by superiors. Execute any tasks assigned by supervisors or management. Job Requirements Minimum education requirement is SPM. At least 1 year of sales and business management experience, with strong store management skills. Positive attitude and responsible character, able to handle significant work pressure. Proactive, detail-oriented, and attentive to details. Cheerful personality, committed to excellent customer service. Enthusiastic about telecommunications and technology products, actively engaging with all relevant parties. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in team management, customer management, product management, display management, and implementation of various in-store processes.
