Involve in the development schedule to meet customer timeline. Participate in the full cycle of software development lifecycle that execute and deploy software systems and solutions. 2. Perform software development and enhancement to increase and improve production efficiency and output based on the company IR4.0 direction. 3. Advise and guide junior engineers in delivering an ODM product that is tested with maximum test coverage at optimum efficiency. Job Responsibilities: Develop new tools and software to improve existing system for multiple business unit that relates to D&A, Test, IT, Facilities and etc. Participate actively in developing the test methodology and design the test concept in terms of software/hardware from scratch for various NPI projects and customers. Evaluate the feasibility of implementation for all pilot build request during NPI stages and ensure sufficient product information availability. Manages all risks associated with the testing and takes preventative action when any risks become unacceptable. Assesses and advises on the practicality of testing process alternatives. Support and perform feasibility study on conversion projects from legacy platform to newer tester platform. Liaise with division on additional test requirements and propose suitable test cell for optimized parallelism to achieve highest throughput. Continuously drive for yield improvement project by optimizing test methodologies such as usability, database impact, error and bug finding, regression testing, and implementation scenarios that adhere to programming best practices to reduce test instability and thus improve overall product yield. Create and update documentations for system architecture, design and specifications, user guide/manuals to ensures that any risks associated with the agreed test strategy and the system test plan are clearly documented and described to the clients/users and colleagues. Participate and take on any other task assigned by superior. Job Requirements : Master/Degree in Bachelor Degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Computer Science/Test Engineering or any related engineering field. Preferable minimum 3 to 5 years relevant working experience in CI/CD & NPI test development environment. Experience in using software development languages such as C, C++, C#, Vb, Labview, ZpL, MySql, Phyton, JavaScript, HTML CSS, PHP Excellent knowledge in testing skills (design test plan and test strategy, writing test cases, executing test cases, debugging) Good level of understanding in SQL/database Attention to detail, Resourceful and problem-solving skills Experience in semiconductor or PCB assembly equipment will be an added advantage. Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision
