- Responsible for using BI tools to help visualize data, deployment of these reports thus involve various reporting related projects.
- Support existing reports portfolio and troubleshoot issues to provide solutions.
- responsible in build necessary automating data feeds (ETL) mechanisms for data transfer from various source applications.
- Perform data integration, administration, optimization of performance.
- To work collaboratively with DBAs, data enablement teams and BA analysts.
- Have understanding of big data, data structures and how to manipulate data in an efficient manner.
- Drive improvement in data governance, methodologies and processes.
- Responsible for development / business analyst for non manufacturing application(s)
- Participate in all aspects of software product development including requirement gathering, detailed design, development, testing (ITAT/UAT) and documentation.
- Responsible for BIA (Business impact analysis) and DRP (disaster recovery plan ) for respective application
- Minimum 5 years of IT working experience, preferably with Semiconductor Manufacturing experience.
- Possess at least a Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Must have : SQL knowledge , development database ( MSSQL Server 2008/2012, Teradata or Oracle), Business Intelligence tools (Tableau, Power Query, SAP Business Objects, SAS etc)
- Good to have : experience in handling the data processing requirements using ETL framework components, data mining, analytics experiences, statistics / math / modeling knowledge, manipulating and analyzing complex, high-volume, high-dimensionality data from varying sources.
- Other preferred software skill(s)/ Knowledge: Python, Java, Hadoop, MapReduce, HiveQL, PL/SQL, TCL, VB , SECSGEM , project management skills, Big Data solution such IBM Watson, Pivotal, Hands on experience with CAMLINE RMS, MMS SPACE modules
- Good command in English speaking, listening and writing. Experienced working in a virtual team environment is a plus.
- Role switch is possible between MES developer, Automation developer, MES BA , Automation BA as needed per available skill set.
