- Possess a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, LCCI or any professional Accounting qualifications.
- Preferable candidates with audit tax work experiences (an added advantage).
- At least 2-5 year(s) working experience in the related field.
- Proficient in accounting software applications such as UBS / SQL accounting system and Microsoft application.
- Sound analytical skills and good problem-solving ability.
- Meticulous, committed, and able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Mandarin Spoken Candidate is an added advantage).
- Must willing to work on alternate Saturdays.
- Applicant must be a Malaysian citizen and willing to work in Sungai Besi, KL.
- Able to handle full set accounts, prepare monthly closing and financial reports independently under minimum supervision.
- Prepare payment vouchers / journal vouchers / bank reconciliation.
- Matching and performing the monthly bank reconciliation for all bank accounts.
- Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy.
- Matching bill for petty cash reimbursement and allocation outlet.
- Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports to the management in a timely and accurate manner. Will involve in statutory reports' preparation as well.
- Ensure the work submitted is complete, accurate, and according to the deadline.
- You will be liaising with auditors as and when required.
- Perform other ad hoc assignments as assigned/requested.
