Seeking a Principal Engineer Analog Mixed Signal Design to lead and innovate in analog/mixed-signal IC design, mentoring junior engineers and delivering high-performance, low-power solutions for complex system needs.Key Responsibilities:Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.Drive analog/mixed-signal IC design from concept to verification.Develop innovative circuit solutions for complex design challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the design cycle.Conduct circuit-level simulations and provide layout guidance.Ensure compliance with IC design methodologies and standards.Support validation and characterization of mixed-signal IPs.Contribute to project reviews and technical decision-making.Required Skills:Master's degree in Electronics or Microelectronics Engineering.10+ years of experience in analog and mixed-signal IC design.Strong expertise in blocks like bandgap, amplifiers, regulators, ADC/DAC, oscillators.In-depth knowledge of analog design principles and low-power architectures.Proficiency in circuit simulation and layout verification tools.Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.Familiarity with digital IC design and scripting tools (e.g., Python) is a plus.Additional Info:
