Job Responsibilities: Manage day to day employee life cycle processes and handle Payroll operation queries and providing ad-hoc supports and information to the key stakeholders and clients. Maintain staff records, update employee database and proper filling for employment documents. Responsible and liaise with payroll clients for monthly payroll run which include of time attendance administration, payroll and leave management. Responsible for the preparation and processing of the monthly payroll (This includes the entire cycle of payroll processing from capturing of new employees, leaves, terminations, and check and authorize claims). Liaise with statutory bodies such as KWSP, PERKESO, EIS, LHDN on payroll/audit related issues. Accountable for payroll reporting, payroll posting and payroll GLs reconciliation. Any other projects such as payroll due diligence or duties as assigned by the Management. Job Requirements: Bachelor Degree in Human Resource/Business Admin or its equivalent. Must good command in English, both spoken and written, good communication and interpersonal skills. Minimum of 2 years' experience in Payroll and Human Resources activities. Must be computer literate (especially Microsoft Office & Excel). Ideally, has experience in handling Payroll Panda, InfoTech, HR2000 software. Good knowledge about Employment Act and Employment Tax.
