The IT Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects with a value ranging from MYR 50k to MYR 750k, encompassing varying levels of complexity. The role requires exceptional leadership, planning, and execution skills to ensure successful delivery of project outcomes. Accountability Deliver profitability and ensure customer satisfaction by employing effective and astute commercial management strategies. Develop, build, and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives. Prepare and disseminate comprehensive management reports using relevant tools to provide accurate and timely updates on project progress. Create and maintain project documentation to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate and plan resource requirements effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising quality. Ensure adherence to best practices and compliance with the established project lifecycle methodologies. Actively manage the project value between MYR 50k and MYR 750k to ensure optimal delivery of services and outcomes. Uphold organizational policies and promptly report any potential security events or risks to maintain integrity and safety. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Possession of Prince2 Foundation qualification or an equivalent project management certification. Minimum of 2 years' experience working in project environments, including demonstrated success in contributing to at least 2 projects. Comprehensive knowledge of project initiation, change management, risk management, and practical aspects of running complex projects. Proven expertise with Microsoft Office applications and other relevant project management tools. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to foster relationships and manage stakeholders effectively. Exceptional literacy and numeracy skills to facilitate accurate reporting and budgeting. Strong ability to manage personal workloads as well as oversee team responsibilities to ensure productivity and project success.
