
Customer Service Representative Malaysia (For OKU Card Holders Only)

- Interact with customers professionally via calls, email or chat resolving inquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Use decision support tools and internal resources to properly address customers' needs
- Meet or exceed service delivery KPIs as defined by client contract
- Listen with empathy; build rapport and maintain polite, professional conduct
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products/services
- Create accurate service notes and update tracking systems or ticketing tools
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell or upsell in alignment with client protocols
- Escalate complex issues to senior staff or supervisors as required
- Participate in continuous improvement and performance initiatives
- This role is exclusively open to Malaysian citizens with a valid OKU Card
- Minimum SPM (high school) qualification; tertiary education is a plus
- Preferably 1 year customer service or call centre experience, though entry-level applicants are welcome
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay; additional languages is a plus
- Strong PC navigation skills and ability to learn multiple systems quickly
- Attention to detail, reliable, adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
- Comfortable with rotational shift schedule (including evenings/weekends)
- Full training provided to onboard you in client-specific processes and tools
