  • Interact with customers professionally via calls, email or chat resolving inquiries, complaints, and service requests
  • Use decision support tools and internal resources to properly address customers' needs
  • Meet or exceed service delivery KPIs as defined by client contract
  • Listen with empathy; build rapport and maintain polite, professional conduct
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of client products/services
  • Create accurate service notes and update tracking systems or ticketing tools
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell or upsell in alignment with client protocols
  • Escalate complex issues to senior staff or supervisors as required
  • Participate in continuous improvement and performance initiatives
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
  • This role is exclusively open to Malaysian citizens with a valid OKU Card
  • Minimum SPM (high school) qualification; tertiary education is a plus
  • Preferably 1 year customer service or call centre experience, though entry-level applicants are welcome
  • Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay; additional languages is a plus
  • Strong PC navigation skills and ability to learn multiple systems quickly
  • Attention to detail, reliable, adaptable in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting
  • Comfortable with rotational shift schedule (including evenings/weekends)
