Production Operator (Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru)

• Perform assembly, test and rework of sub-assemblies and final assembly of units by following written work instructions, blue prints and schematics
• Follow process, policies and procedures and accurately complete manufacturing and test documentation as required
• Support and participate in lean manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen events, Cycle Counting, 5S etc
• Comply with company health, safety and environmental policies
• Comply with all applicable corporate and regulatory export control and security regulations
• Other duties as assigned

• SPM/ High school “O” level or equivalent

• With or without experience in a similar role in an engineering/ manufacturing or related industry preferred

• Excellent mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and experience working with small hand tools and electronic test equipment
• English verbal & written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing principles including Kanban, Cycle counting, 5S
• Basic knowledge of computer applications.

• Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat & Sun Off
• Overtime depends on production volume
