- Collaborate with Solution Advisors and the sales team to develop compelling demo strategies.
- Assist in preparation and delivery of client-facing demonstrations.
- Contribute to RFI/RFP responses with accurate and timely input.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to address knowledgebase questions and prospect inquiries.
- Develop deep proficiency in Dayforce HCM solutions.
- Build awareness of HCM trends to improve solution relevance and customer value.
- Analyse business requirements for new sales and customer expansion opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between sales and product teams to communicate deal-specific requirements.
- Facilitate smooth handoffs between sales and implementation by translating client needs.
- Participate in internal and external solution presentations.
- Provide feedback on internal processes and demo content enhancements.
- Stay ahead of upcoming product capabilities and help integrate them into demo scenarios and materials.
- University/College degree or equivalent experience.
- Extraordinary attention to detail and critical thinking.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- High business acumen and communication skills (verbal and written).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-directed maturity to work virtually
- HCM industry experience
- Degree in business, computer science, or related field.
- Previous client support or technical advisory experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Server technologies (Windows, SQL Server, etc.).
- Experience with Power BI or other analytics tools.
- Workflow automation experience.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
