JD: -Develop, maintain, and enhance interactive dashboards and operational reports -Translate business requirements into visual reporting solutions -Support both the BI System and Core Reporting System platforms -Manage metadata, KPIs, and ensure data consistency across reports -Work closely with users to validate output and improve usability Top 5 Skills / Experience -Proficiency in BI platforms (e.g. MicroStrategy/Power BI/other BI platforms) -Experience creating complex DAX/calculations, drill-throughs, and custom visuals -Solid understanding of data modeling and relationships for reporting -Ability to convert business needs into user-friendly dashboards -Familiarity with version control, release management, and user access control in BI platforms
