We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of technology innovation and we invite you along on this journey.The role...Radius is embarking on a major initiative to implement and enhance Salesforce across 18 countries in UK, EU, US and Asia.We have an established internal Salesforce team, working across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. The roadmap for future work is exciting and extensive.We are now seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Administrator to be based from our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.In this role, you will provide vital Salesforce support to our teams in Asia and Australia, while also contributing towards Salesforce projects in those regions.You will own a variety of project development tasks and workstreams, with plenty of interaction with stakeholders in the business.If you are someone who is passionate about understanding business processes, exploring data within Salesforce, understanding business objectives, and driving tool adoption and process improvements, then we feel we can give you the ideal platform at Radius.Your responsibilities day-to-day will include…

Salesforce system administration with particular emphasis on screen design (UX) and flows.
Implementing designs agreed with the Salesforce Architect.
Running workstreams assigned to you.
Liaising with design teams on overall screen UX.
Working in multi-discipline teams to deliver against business requirements.
Developing relationships with all internal stakeholders.

What do we expect of you?You should have at least 3 years’ experience administering Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, including experience implementing and managing Salesforce in a combination of B2B sales, warehousing, fulfilment, or field engineering/ service environments.You’ll bring:

Project management skills.
Solution design skills.
Team and workload management experience.
Ability to work in diverse, multi-discipline teams.
Strong data solving and data interrogation skills.
Dedicated attitude towards work.
Technical leadership of less experienced admins.

In addition, although this is a not essential, we’d welcome conversations with people whose background also includes some of the following:

Intermediate level of Visualforce skills for screen design.

Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds

Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
Experience of Aura and Lightning Web Components
