Come Join our Community Today! Together, We Make Travel Better! What you'll be doing: System & Process Management Own and manage the Lounge Management System (LMS) and related AI documentation. Oversee system setup, AI issuance, and data accuracy checks. Coordinate with IT, finance, and operations for system onboarding and enhancements. Conduct UAT testing and support LMS enhancements. Commercial & Sales Support Support global sales teams with system-related issues and commercial account management. Handle client/finance feedback and disputes through data analysis and resolution planning. Lead implementation of new partnerships and agreements in LMS. Project & Software Implementation Support new software and digital transformation projects from a commercial perspective. Act as liaison between commercial, operations, and IT teams. CRM & Data Management Manage CRM software (Zoho) usage and enhancements. Provide weekly usage reports and ensure CRM effectiveness. 3PL/PPG Location Management Lead implementation and coordination of 3PL/PPG lounge locations. Handle admission, billing, and system issues related to 3PL locations. Human Resource Management Plan staffing, recruit, and onboard new team members. Conduct training, performance appraisals, and maintain staff records. Foster team communication and productivity. About you: Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field. Experience 8-12 years in commercial operations or backend process optimization. 3-5 years in a senior leadership role. Experience in travel hospitality or airport lounge services preferred. Technical Skills Proficiency in ERP (SAP, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce), BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Familiarity with lounge access systems (LoungeKey, Priority Pass). Experience in system implementation and process automation. Leadership & Interpersonal Skills Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Proven ability to lead high-performing teams.
