Process and issue Quotation/Risk Document, statistic and report within Dept timeline and Quality standard, and to provide analysis recommendations
Provide technical support and training to Branches, intermediaries and clients.
Decision making in underwriting of risks within Company guidelines.
To support in internal system enhancement of OPUS/ALPHA Marine systems/ IT Projects until successful completion & to manage/upkeep the eMarine system & other internal control system within Dept timeline and recommend immediate corrective actions to be taken by branch and/or Dept where necessary.
To support team leader to continuously review workflow/process and provide recommendations to improve delivery standards
Any other duties as and when deemed necessary
Ability to leverage AI tools like ChatGPT for automating routine tasks and enhancing productivity

Important to your success:

Fresh graduates with Degree in Business / Finance / Actuarial / ICT or Insurance Studies.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high learning agility plus work efficiency.
Fluent in both written and spoken English, with good communication skills.
Strong computer application skills, eg: Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.
Advantage to candidates with AMII qualification or equivalent.
