- Candidate must be have min Degree in Accouting or related.
- Candidates fluent and understand in Mandarin/Cantonese English and Bahasa Malaysia,
- At least 5 years of working experience in Retails Industry ( Online & E-commerce)
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and SQL Accounting Software and SQL Project Base
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsible and self commiited
- Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by superior
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- Assist in reviewing and implementing financial policies.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of Balance Sheet, Income Statements, AR & AP aging reports, and other financial reports.
- Review all transactions done by subordinates and ensure they have entered data into the system correctly.
- Ensure all statutory deadlines are met to avoid any late payment or submission penalties.
- Liaise with both external and internal auditors, bankers, lawyers, and others.
- Prepare monthly payroll (calculate commission, days worked, based on leave/days off taken, payslips prepared).
- Calculating monthly commission is a must.
- Make payments for statutory payments (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax).
- Backup team members and demonstrate teamwork.
- Assist with special assignments or any ad-hoc duties.
