Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Damansara, Petaling Jaya, for a Quantity Surveyor. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for preparing and managing contracts, conducting cost analysis, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Daily tasks will include drafting and reviewing contractual documents, managing project budgets, and ensuring that projects adhere to delivery schedules and quality standards. Qualifications Proficiency in contract management and preparation Strong skills in cost analysis and budgeting Experience with BIM technology (Cubicost) and project coordination Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Relevant experience in construction, engineering, or a related field Bachelor&aposs degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
