- Minimum 5 years in the Food & Beverage industry
- At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory position
- Able to read and write in English
- Willing and able to work extra hours, including weekends and public holidays as needed
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of F&B operations, financials, and inventory systems
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution abilities
- Able to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling tools, and basic accounting principles
- Proactive, result-driven, and hands-on approach
- Operational Management: Oversee daily branch operations to ensure smooth service flow and high standards of cleanliness.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, analyze financial reports, and control costs to maximize outlet profitability.
- Staff Leadership: Lead, train, and schedule team members to meet performance goals and deliver excellent service.
- Customer Relations: Address customer feedback professionally and implement strategies to improve satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Manage stock levels, orders, and deliveries to ensure consistent quality of supplies.
- Marketing & Sales: Drive customer engagement through local marketing and promotional initiatives.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards in all operations.
