Job Description In your new role you will: Drive Business Intelligence by using data to inform decision-making through historical and current insights. Offer actionable insights based on existing data, supporting strategic and operational decisions. Lead identifying business needs and determining solutions to business problems. Translate business requirements for functional solution into clear AI scope & objectives concept for operation with Digitalization/AI technology solutions Lead as Business Analytics, apply the science of analyzing data to predict future outcomes and trends by providing insights into future trends, enabling proactive decision-miking for growth and operational efficiency. Drive and collaborate with Domain Expert, Develop new AI enablement concept for Operation. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Degree / MSc./ PhD. in Data Sciences or in Engineering disciplines (Electrical & Electronic, Mechatronics, Software). More than 5 years preferably with Semiconductor Engineering / Operation, Assembly-to-Test processes knowledge Preferably PJM certification (e.g. PMP, IPMA, PRINCE2) or experience or equivalent. Software programming (e.g. Python, SQL, BI, Tableau). Good communication and analytical skill. JIRA tool, AGILE software development platform.
