- Working Location: Damansara Utama
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 6.00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic salary up to RM7,200 + Commission + Parking Allowance + Flexi Bonus + Variable Bonus
- Duration: Permanent Role
- Manage sales of identity access management and application security solutions, including strong authentication and single sign-on, for enterprise clients in Malaysia and the Philippines, with knowledge of digital business trends being beneficial.
- Create and implement sales and channel strategies to achieve company sales targets within assigned territories, demonstrating leadership in business development.
- Develop action plans with channel partners to meet and exceed sales goals, fostering new business and building a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with pre-sales and technical teams to present security solutions to customers, taking the lead in converting business opportunities into sales.
- Partner closely with channel partners to secure their commitment to selling and promoting company solutions to their customers.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT software, solutions, or services sales; experience in key account management within banking, FSI, or channel sales is an advantage
- Background in selling enterprise security solutions, especially in Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) such as PassLogix / Oracle; DS3; IBM TAM; NetIQ/Novell SecureLogin is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build relationships, especially at C-level or senior account levels; solid record in account and channel management
