- Previous experience in the food industry is a plus
- Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin are preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Possess own transport.
- Assist in data analysis and generate purchasing reports
- Track order progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Update and maintain purchasing records and systems
- Report work status and issues to the manager in a timely manner
- Support overall purchasing operations and documentation
- Assist with other duties as assigned.
