- Oversee the creation and execution of test strategies, ensuring all testing activities are completed within established timelines.
- Guide and develop junior testers, fostering their technical and professional growth within the team.
- Contribute to the test strategy / planning / test case design, ensuring test execution efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure all system features are thoroughly tested and function as intended.
- Act as a key coordinator during project initiation, gathering the business needs and follow-up with technical team.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years in software testing, with expertise in test strategy, planning, and case design.
- Proficiency in advanced testing methodologies for web-based systems, familiarity with DevOps and Jira, and defect management.
- Strong understanding and experience working in Agile environments.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative.
- Effective in managing multiple projects, balancing priorities, and coordinating tasks.
- Skilled in understanding business needs and proposing solutions with technical support.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry and the operation of an insurance company is an advantage.
- The ability to communicate in Cantonese is an advantage
