- Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience handling a full set of accounts.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount) and Microsoft Excel.
- Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
- Strong attention to detail, good time management, and able to meet deadlines.
- Independent, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
- Handle full set of accounts, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), general ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Monitor cash flow, assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Manage SST submissions and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
- Support year-end audit and other ad hoc financial tasks as required.
