ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform sales activities by replying customer queries and close sales
  • Check stock availability.
  • Update the e-commerce platforms setting from time to time.
  • Handle delivery for urgent customer inquiry or special case.
  • Check the platforms transactions with the communication inter departments.
  • Coordinate and prepare daily e-commerce (Shopee and Lazada) sales & operational administration functions including all types of reporting submission, filing, documentations and data maintenance.
  • Perform and generate weekly, month end, quarterly & yearend promotion, campaigns, sales, financial closing & reporting.
  • Support and create records for database on financial and other data.
  • Help packing ecommerce orders when necessary.
  • Any additional tasks and supports role as requested.
  • Provide support in company marketing events.
  • Research and build new products for the e-commerce platform.
