Procurement Executive

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is compulsory due to frequent communication with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and clients.
• Only open to Malaysian citizens / local workers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP or purchasing systems is an advantage.
• Good negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Integrity, accountability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Experience or interest in aerospace or precision manufacturing is a plus.

• Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing, favorable terms, and on-time delivery.
• Manage purchase requests, prepare purchase orders, and ensure procurement activities meet company policies and standards.
• Source and purchase items including raw materials, consumables and office items for production needs.
• Liaise with both local and overseas suppliers to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate supplier records, purchase data, and delivery tracking logs.
• Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with agreed specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with production, inventory, and quality teams to align procurement with operational schedules.
• Support documentation processes in line with AS9100D quality requirements (training will be provided if necessary).
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency, cost reduction, and supplier management.
