Job Opportunity: Infrastructure Project Manager (Digital IT) Location: Kuala Lumpur Salary: RM 9,500 Qualifications & Competencies Bachelor's Degree in IT or related field (preferred) Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management Familiarity with PMBOK standards and ITIL framework Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive project success Key Responsibilities Ensure infrastructure requirements are delivered on time, within budget, and in scope. Liaise with key stakeholders to monitor project progress and ensure objectives are met efficiently. Plan, coordinate, and oversee work executed by third-party vendors, engineers, solution architects, and application teams. Prepare and manage project documentation including timelines, progress reports, testing reports, change orders, and handover materials. Support resolution of technical issues related to implemented systems. Principal Accountabilities Review approved Work Orders and confirm scope, timeline, and strategy. Deliver infrastructure components aligned with project requirements. Monitor execution across all involved parties to ensure readiness and compliance. Prepare and submit Change Orders for scope variations and obtain necessary approvals. Conduct regular project updates, risk assessments, and issue resolution meetings. Scorecard Dimensions Financial Perspective: Ensure project scope and costing align with approved Work Orders; manage variations via Change Orders. Customer Perspective: Maintain transparency with stakeholders on progress, risks, and re-baselining. Business Process: Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations.
