Overview :We are looking for a proactive and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the full spectrum of financial operations for our pawn shop. This role will be responsible for managing budgeting, cash flow, financial reporting, compliance, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in strengthening internal financial controls, ensuring compliance with relevant financial and regulatory requirements, and providing insights that support the sustainable growth of the business.Key Responsibilities :- Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including reporting, budgeting, and cash flow.- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).- Lead annual budget planning, financial forecasts, and performance reviews.- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal controls.- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and external stakeholders.- Monitor financial risks, provide actionable insights, and support strategic planning.- Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure operational efficiency and continuous improvement.Qualifications :- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.- Professional certification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or MIA) is preferred.- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including leadership exposure.- Strong knowledge of local tax laws, audit standards, and financial regulations.- Proficient in financial software ( Excel, accounting systems like SQL or SAP).- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle confidential information.
