- Familiarity with payment systems, merchant onboarding, or financial transaction processes will be an added advantage.
- Team player with strong communication and coordination skills, capable of working across functions and with external partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams and payment partners to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and channel integration, keeping all parties updated on progress.
- Monitor payment transaction performance to ensure compliance with channel requirements and service standards.
- Track and support merchant onboarding processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Analyze payment transaction data to detect potential issues, escalate to relevant teams when necessary, and drive resolution within the agreed timeline.
- Continuously analyze transaction patterns to identify risks, propose improvements, and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce channel risks.
- Partner with the local business team to support the rollout and enhancement of key payment features and capabilities.
