
Sales Manager

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company targets for ELV and hospital communication systems.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in public (JKR, KKM) and private hospitals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including hospital management, consultants, contractors, and government agencies.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing, including tender participation and contract negotiation.
- Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure effective solution delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in ELV systems, hospital solutions, or related industries.
- Proven track record with JKR, KKM, and hospital projects (public and private sector).
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and government tendering.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
