- Participate in the development of company strategy
- Develop sales strategy in line with the company business strategic direction.
- Responsible for achieving sales and gross margin targets for the assigned region/territory*.
- Develop, manage and maintain key accounts relationships.
- Grow business in new and existing market segment
- Increase the market share and brand awareness of Ardex
- Manage and monitor A/R collection
- Manage and control expenses for the assigned sales operation.
- Develop sales/marketing strategies and plans to grow business in responsible territory.
- Proactively develop new business and markets via new products, new customers, and new channels, and new segments.
- Develop and implement plan and process for effective key accounts management and channel management.
- Manage and actively pursue specification and project selling. Maintain an active and accurate project tracking list to ensure sufficient projects in pipeline.
- Evaluate monthly performance and guarantee high efficiency and effectiveness of sales operation.
- Develop, manage, and maintain a close customer relationship.
- Manage and implement company pricing policy
- Identify trend, market intelligence, and translate this into sales strategies and sales tactics
- Work with marketing and technical teams to optimize sales plan and reduce the responding time from product concept to launch on marketplace.
- AR collection and management
- Monthly sales reports and analysis to management
- Provide regular feedback about the general market conditions, trends, and competitor moves in the assigned territory
- Implement CRM and other digital and BI tools to improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction.
