The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of the digital currency realm, exemplary communication abilities in both English and Chinese and the capability to be on-call and travel on-demand. In this role, the CFO Assistant is integral in enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of our executives.Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CFO, managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Assist in financial planning and budgeting processes, helping to develop and monitor budgets.
- Prepare financial reports, including income statements and balance sheets, for review by the CFO.
- Maintain and organize financial documents, records, and files to ensure accessibility and compliance.
- Conduct research on financial topics, market trends, and industry benchmarks to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in reporting.
- Handle confidential financial information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for board meetings and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate financial matters between the CFO and other team members.
- Help with financial analysis, such as cost analysis, revenue analysis, and profitability assessments.
- Participate in special financial projects and initiatives as directed by the CFO.
- Assist in compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- Prepare and process financial transactions, such as invoices and expense reports.
- Monitor financial deadlines and ensure timely submission of reports and filings.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and financial software to enhance efficiency.
- Familiarity with the digital currency business.
- Proficiency in English; mastery in Chinese is a distinct advantage.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Unrestricted travel availability.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant role or similar capacity.
