We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented person to support our Product teams in managing and remediating cyber security vulnerabilities. This role involves coordination across internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and effective vulnerability handling. Focus is on the soft skill sets, which are really required. 1. Job Description : Cyber Security Champion Coordinator 2.Job Responsibilities : * Coordinate and ensure completion of Vulnerability Assessment Tests based on severity and priority guidelines. * Drive timely remediation of critical and high-priority cyber security vulnerabilities. * Evaluate and recommend approaches for handling medium and low-priority vulnerabilities. * Resolve unassigned or incomplete vulnerability records to prevent unknown vulnerabilities exceeding 30 days. * Collaborate with Product teams, Cyber Security teams, and external suppliers/vendors. * Identify patterns and implement process improvements for vulnerability management. * In additional to above, handle any ad-hoc task relevant to this role. 3.Primary skill set:- Refer to soft skill sets 4.Nice to Have skill sets : * Basic understanding of cyber security vulnerability management. * Knowledge of compute environments including Server, Backup, Storage, and Network. * Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V), DELL servers, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). * Understanding of networking fundamentals (e.g., TCP/IP, OSI model, subnetting, routing, switching, VLANs). * Awareness of network security principles (e.g., encryption protocols, firewalls, access control). * Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms. 5.Soft skill sets : * Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). * Strong coordination and facilitation abilities to lead meetings and drive outcomes. * Proactive in follow-ups, stakeholder engagement and task ownership. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving. * Effective planning and prioritization of tasks. * Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.
