Installation & Configuration Install and configure ELV systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, car park system, intercom, public address, and structured cabling. Perform wiring, termination, labeling, and patch panel setup for structured cabling systems. Ensure all installations comply with engineering drawings, industry standards, and safety requirements. 2. Testing & Commissioning Carry out system testing, programming, and commissioning of ELV systems. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation or post-handover. Prepare testing and commissioning reports for submission to clients and consultants. 3. Maintenance & Support Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems. Respond promptly to breakdowns and service calls. Document maintenance activities and provide recommendations for performance improvements. 4. Project Execution & Coordination Assist project engineers and supervisors in delivering ELV works according to project schedules. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure smooth coordination of site activities. Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly handled, maintained, and accounted for. 5. Compliance & Safety Follow company safety policies, quality standards, and project-specific procedures. Ensure proper documentation of all work activities in compliance with ISO/QA requirements. Requirements: SPM, Diploma in any related field Minimum 3 years of working experience in ELV systems installation and maintenance (CCTV, access control, fire alarm, cabling, etc.), preferably within construction or M&E projects. Hands-on experience in wiring, termination, and troubleshooting of ELV systems. Ability to read and interpret schematic drawings, layouts, and technical manuals. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physically fit and able to work on-site.
