We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team at OLPA as Financial Advisors. As a Financial Advisor, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their financial goals and secure their financial future. You will provide comprehensive financial advice, develop customized financial plans, and recommend suitable financial products and services.Highlight :

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and objectives.
Develop personalized financial plans and strategies tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
Educate clients on various financial products and services, including insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.
Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the agency.

Requirements:

Full time or part time are welcome to apply
Strong passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their financial well-being.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
Chinese Speaking is a must.
