Cost Management and Cost Sector Support

Provide performance management support to the Support Sector, which include:

Credit (Corporate, Commercial and Retail)
Corporate Support Functions (Special Asset Management, Finance & Corporate Services, Risk Management, Human Resources, Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal & Secretariat, Group Strategic Communications & Brand, Project Management Office, Corporate Sustainability Office)
Responsible for analysing the financials of the Support Sector
Responsible to ensure the monthly forecast / annual ICCAP forecast / annual budgeting of the Support Units are properly prepared and submitted timely
Ensure compliance to the Group's policy relating to cost management.
Develop and recommend various cost management initiatives/programs of the Bank.

Job Requirements

A recognized Degree in Accounting or a professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA or MICPA
Fresh graduate or 1-2 years' relevant working experience, preferably in a reputable auditing / management consultancy firm, financial institution or multinational company
Possess good analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Good command of English
Prior experience in cost management, budgeting and project management would be an added advantage.
Analytical skill / written communication / problem solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAS CPM, SAS Enterprise Guide
Understanding of bank business model
