This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the full investment lifecycle-from deal sourcing to portfolio management-within a mission-driven, entrepreneurial environment. Key Responsibilities Deal Sourcing & Market Research : Identify high-potential startups in the ESG/sustainability space. Track industry trends and technologies. Preliminary Assessment : Coordinate with founders, gather key information, and assess initial investment fit. Due Diligence : Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and financial modeling. Deal Structuring : Support in evaluating deal terms and coordinating with external advisors. Portfolio Support : Assist with benchmarking, ad-hoc analysis, and performance tracking. Presentations & Reporting : Create investment memos, reports, and maintain internal databases. General Support : Attend events, take meeting minutes, and support cross-functional VC operations. ????
