As a Boutique Manager at Eastern & Oriental Express, a Belmond Train, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales to meet and exceed targets. Providing personalized styling advice and product recommendations
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive repeat business
Processing transactions accurately and efficiently
Maintaining a well-presented and organized boutique environment
Staying informed about current fashion trends and product knowledge
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to the overall success of the boutique

Eastern & Oriental Express is relaunching on February 19, 2024. Previous experience in luxury retail sales preferred
Passion for fashion and luxury goods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales skills and the ability to meet targets
Professional and polished appearance
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

You are a great storyteller with a positive mindset and a can-do attitude.International exposure will be considered a plus. You must speak English. Additional languages, such as Japanese, Korean, Cantonese, French and German, are a benefit. We welcome a diversity of backgrounds, ethnicities and religions.Experience in the hospitality industry is a bonus, but not a necessity.
