Job Responsibility Carry out high quality classification of good hoist components according to the specified specifications. Able to read & understand Engineering Drawing, Fabricate, WPS and Work Orders Assist as required in flame cutting, grinding, material handling or other related work as & when required. Making strong connections and bonds between various metal materials such as steel, aluminum, and iron. Follows instructions and work plans provided to carry out classification tasks safely and effectively. Ensure that all classification work is carried out in accordance with safety standards and established procedures. Check the quality and strength of the connection produced and make adjustments if necessary. Knowing and understanding various welding methods including arc welding, MIG, TIG, SMAW and others. Maintain and maintain classification equipment such as classification machines, chisels, and related safety equipment. Perform inspections and preventive maintenance on classification equipment to ensure smooth operations. Comply with and ensure compliance with safety rules and work procedures at the workplace. Perform other tasks assigned by management related to the classification and connection of good hoist components. Job Requirements Have a certificate or diploma in the field of classification or mechanical engineering. Work experience in the field of classification, particularly in metal classification for the engineering industry. Ability to read and understand classification plans and technical specifications. Proficient in the operation of various types of classification equipment and related safety equipment. Skill in identifying the type and quality of metal materials and appropriate classification techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize quality in work. Good communication skills to interact with team and project manager. Valid classification license and good understanding of industry safety laws and regulations.
