Job Purpose The incumbent would be leading the management of Head of Division's office. He/she would provide effective administration, coordination and facilitation of the Corporate Finance and would be key contributor of information, processes and analyses. He/she would be actively involved in the development of decisions made in relation to the management of the division's resources, processes and information. The success metrics of this role would be measured in terms of the effective coordination of resources, information and process across the division. He/she would understand how to use information/data from multiple sources to derive insights and propose relevant actions to achieve the outcomes of the Head of Division's office including but not limited to progress reporting, employee engagement, and strategic projects. He/she will also assist and provide guidance to less experienced members in governance, reporting and administrative matters. He/She will participate activity in strategic projects and initiatives. Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate the effective achievement of team goals by participating as an effective team member. Ensure processes facilitate effective outcomes by administering effective and providing alternatives where possible. Contributing process efficiencies by reviewing them and making recommendations for improvements. Maintain a high level of integrity of systems and processes by ensuring that MDEC's governance standards are adhered to. Maintain updated knowledge of developments by participating in training development programmes. Ensure professional integrity by championing processes and facilitate compliance. Assume responsibility for related duties as required or assigned by the Head of Division/MDEC Operating Council. Qualifications Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Business, IT, Economics, or any related field At least 5 years of working experience in office and project administration/ management.
