- Experienced in customer service or administrative roles is an added advantage.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Offices, especially in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to speak and read in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently, stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
- Monitor and manage client accounts by tracking key dates, sending reminders, and following up to ensure timely actions are taken.
- Prepare, maintain, and update reports to monitor account status, payments, and client data.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure a high standard of service.
- Coordinate with external partners and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of documents and applications.
- Assist in handling the full cycle of administrative processes, from consultation and documentation to follow-up and after-sales support.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, client service skills, and operational efficiency.
- Support ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors to ensure smooth daily operations.
