Job Responsibility Admin Officer As an integral member of our team, the Admin Officer will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. Key Responsibilities Debt Recovery Support: Prepare and send letters to customers who haven t made payments, ensuring everything is accurate and follows our company policies. Data Management: Enter and update customer information in our system, making sure all data is correct and up-to-date. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with any additional tasks or special projects as needed, using your problem-solving skills to help the team. Admin Focus Group: Participate in team discussions aimed at improving our office processes and making things run smoothly. Microsoft Office Use: Utilize your skills in Excel and Word to create documents, manage data, and help with various office tasks.
