Job Responsibility Admin Officer As an integral member of our team, the Admin Officer will provide essential administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your administrative skills and contribute to a dynamic work environment. Key Responsibilities Debt Recovery Support: Prepare and send letters to customers who haven t made payments, ensuring everything is accurate and follows our company policies. Data Management: Enter and update customer information in our system, making sure all data is correct and up-to-date. Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist with any additional tasks or special projects as needed, using your problem-solving skills to help the team. Admin Focus Group: Participate in team discussions aimed at improving our office processes and making things run smoothly. Microsoft Office Use: Utilize your skills in Excel and Word to create documents, manage data, and help with various office tasks. Job Requirements We are seeking a detail-oriented and proficient Administrative Officer to join our dynamic team.
