As a Digital Operations Intern , you will have the opportunity to be a part of our Fibre Management team to enhance our digital journey, provide insights from a user experience perspective, and contribute to our mission of building seamless and scalable digital solutions. Key Responsibilities Support digital initiatives within the Fibre Management team to enhance operational processes and customer touchpoints. Provide feedback and insights from a user experience (UX) perspective to improve digital workflows and interfaces. Participate in digital-related projects across departments, offering hands-on support from ideation to execution. Perform coding tasks and assist with minor system fixes, especially for testing purposes. Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth implementation of improvements and updates in the digital ecosystem. What projects will you be involved in Contribute to a key value-add initiative focused on enhancing our web services for better performance and user experience. Engage with internal stakeholders to understand system workflows and identify areas for digital enhancement. Work on real-world problems in fibre service delivery using digital tools and platforms. What do you need to have for this role Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field. Familiar with basic coding languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python) and web development concepts. Keen interest in user experience design, digital operations, and web-based systems. Strong attention to detail with problem-solving and critical thinking abilities. A team player who's eager to learn, proactive, and driven to make an impact in a fast-paced digital environment.
