• Reporting to: Head of Utility
• Location: Pahang

• Oversees the safe and efficient operation of synchronizing panels, generators (including steam turbine, diesel, and emergency), and high voltage (132kV to 415V) electrical systems including transformers, switchgears, and motors.
• Maintains all electrical installations in top condition, performs inspections of safety equipment, and reports electrical incidents to the Energy Commission of Malaysia.
• Leads a team of chargemen, manages plant-wide electrical systems, and implements cost-saving projects and upgrades.
• Maintains the firefighting system, prioritizes safety for self and others, and adheres to 6S and ISO 14001 standards..

• Possesses a strong understanding of electrical principles, can safely operate, isolate, and maintain equipment, and ensures compliance with regulations.
• Performs preventive maintenance, repairs electrical equipment, and possesses practical engineering knowledge for utility operations and SOP development.
• Has excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu, demonstrates leadership qualities, and takes initiative.
