Job Responsibility Receiving visitor at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately. Coordinate front-desk activities. Handling phone calls and daily correspondent. Manage application and renewal of license and Foreign works permit. Responsible for full spectrum of general administration function including prepare, process & generate purchase orders and admin tasks and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Deliver quality response service on a daily basis and ensuring that every issue logged is resolved within the agreed time frame. Manage and upkeep the cleanliness and tidiness of the office general area such as lounge, meeting room, pantry and etc. Ensure sufficient supply of all office supply and pantry item. Ensure proper maintenance of records with appropriate supporting documentation and filling in systematic and timely manner. Assist office administration matters including office equipment and stationery. Compile and maintain records of office activities and business transaction and prepare the report. To perform ad-hoc task when required by superior. Able to multi-tasking and work independently with minimum supervision. Job Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Required language(s) (Written and Spoken): English, Bahasa Malaysia, knowing Mandarin is advantage. Pleasant personality, responsible and trustworthy. Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excel, Photoshop. Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative support or equivalent. Applicant must willing to work at Taman Melati, Setapak.
