Job Responsibility 50% on Sales Channel Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimise sales across various channels, including marketplace platforms, bulk/corporate orders, and strategic partnerships (consignments). Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of sales strategies. 50% on Customer Relationship Management: Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback through various communication channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience. Implement customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives to enhance customer lifetime value. Marketing And Promotions Devise and execute marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and attract new customers. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials, advertisements, and social media content. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for innovative marketing strategies. Sales Target Achievement Set realistic sales targets and work towards achieving or exceeding them within specified timelines. Regularly assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make necessary adjustments to meet or exceed targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with the product development team to provide insights into customer preferences and trends. Work closely with the operations team to ensure inventory management and order fulfillment align with sales demands. Qualifications Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or a related field. Proven experience in sales and marketing roles Strong understanding of marketplace platforms, retail operations, and digital marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with current market trends and consumer behavior in the fashion industry.
