- Have at least 1 year of experience in E-commerce and Marketing field for Food and Beverage or Food Manufacturing line.
- Knowledgeable in social media tools and always updated with the tools changes and trend.
- Knowledgeable in photo editing, video editing applications.
- Knowledgeable in computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook etc).
- Excellent customer relationship skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Have sense of market trend in food industry, able to act and respond fast in market trend.
- Possess multi-language skills (English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Proactive in performing any given tasks.
- High responsibility towards own job scope.
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated person.

- Strategize and execute E-commerce end to end process (promotion planning, consolidate catalogue/listing, liaising with logistic team, in-charge of live chat) for the business.
- Explore opportunity and drive conversion on marketplace platform by utilizing platform tools.
- Last mile delivery rider schedule planning with logistics team to ensure smooth delivery until customer’s doorstep.
- Manage to lead online team from ordering to drop-off.
- Manage all inquiry from end-user.
- Update monthly sales report.
- To ensure stock availability daily, liaising with production closely.
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints in a professional and positive manner, ensuring outstanding customer service at all times.
- Ensuring that customer feedback is actively sought, considered and appropriate action taken.
- To increase company image in e-commerce platform.
- To increase customer satisfaction in e-commerce platform.
- Any ad-hoc tasks given by superior or management team.
- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Website).
- Plan and schedule social media posting.
- Manage customer enquiry and monthly ads budget spending on social media.
- Optimize copywriting on social media posting to ensure right result is achieved.
- Liaise with external designer for any marketing material updates or maintenance.
- In-charge for company internal marketing materials (name card, catalogue, brochure, website, company corporate video, and company profile).
- To plan and execute for company branding direction.
- To prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and yearly marketing reports.
- Assist in organizing any internal or external events.
- Any ad-hoc tasks given by superior or management team.
