You'll work closely with backend engineers and designers (and sometimes fly solo) to bring intuitive, beautiful, and responsive user experiences to life. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, performance, and pixel-perfect precision using React, Vite, and modern frontend workflows. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain modern frontend applications using React , Vite , or Next.js , following best practices and scalable architecture. Develop reusable UI components and interface elements such as custom form fields, tables, modals, etc. Ensure full mobile responsiveness across devices and viewports, optimizing layout and interaction for different screen sizes. Translate API responses into clean, dynamic UIs through smart data transformation and rendering logic . Implement smooth animations and visual effects using tools like Framer Motion , GSAP , or CSS transitions. Collaborate with designers and product managers to improve UX flows , and proactively propose better layout or interaction strategies. Optimize for frontend performance through code-splitting, lazy loading, image optimization, and Lighthouse metrics. Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent user experience. Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and technical discussions. Must-Have Skills 3+ years of professional frontend development experience. Strong proficiency in React with Vite or Next.js . Solid understanding of responsive design principles , Flexbox/Grid layouts, and media queries. Experience building component-based UIs with custom styling (Tailwind, CSS Modules, etc.). Confident in integrating APIs and transforming data for frontend display. Strong grasp of animation libraries like Framer Motion, GSAP. Familiarity with frontend performance profiling tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools, Lighthouse). Good to Have Ability to create clean, attractive page designs without heavy reliance on UI libraries. Comfortable with design tools like Figma Familiarity with state management (Zustand, Redux, React Context). Prior work on animation-heavy or mobile-first applications is a big plus.
